Our store only accepts exchanges. Please note that we do not accept returns for refunds.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of customer receipt of order.
Clothes that have been washed or worn cannot be exchanged.
Music, media and accessories must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as received.

Please note that not all items are available in all sizes; due to high demand and changing stock levels, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange will be in stock. If we are unable to honor an exchange because a particular style or size is sold out, we will contact you with other options

Step 2

Return your item to the following address using the original packaging (if possible) and attaching the note referenced in step one:

Due to great support, our exchange department can take up to 30 business days to process your order. A representative will contact you (via the email address used when placing the order) with further details and updates.

Return tracking
Please be sure to use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number when returning the item for exchange. We are not responsible for any returned goods unless we have obtained proof of delivery.

What if the exchange item I want is out of stock?
Due to high demand and varying stock levels, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange will be in stock. If we are unable to offer an exchange because a particular style or size is sold out, we will contact you to explore other options.

All orders ship USPS flat rate based on size.
